This week are featuring the Flat Iron Steak, it's great on the grill, in the skillet, marinated, or cut up for fajitas.
The beef cut is actually a top blade steak derived from the tender top blade roast. Each steak is about 1/2 pound, 1 steak per package. $6.80 per pound 
Ken and I have tried the Flat Iron Steak in the skillet, they were very tender. I browned both sides, then turned the heat down low, and placed a lid over the skillet to finish cooking . 
Fresh Ripe Locally Grown Tomatoes, that's right here in Macomb,Il we have found a farmer raising greenhouse tomatoes in Augusta,Il. We have arranged to sell them to you at .75 per tomato.
Honey we have honey from Camp Grove Orchard, Roseville,Il.
1 pound jar is $6.00, limited amount
