Prairie Creek Cattle is now offering whole, half, and quarter grass-fed steers for sale.  Our cattle are 100% grass finished and antibiotic free.  We graze our cattle on salad bar mixes of grasses, legumes and forbs for an optimum diet in a management intensive grazing system. We select cattle genetics that excel on pasture and deliver more desirable cuts of meat that have outstanding flavor. We strive to make our soils healthy and mineralized for healthy mineralized food. Our use of management intensive grazing allow for supporting soil biology which in turn adds to the health of our soils. We strive to make every meal a gourmet dining experience.
