Hi everyone,
I only just started thinking about finding a local (sort of) source
for Turkeys and this showed up in my email. I plan to get one of
these myself since my relatives and their freezer are in the
Galesburg area.

> Hi folks,
>
> Just quick update on fresh Turkeys. Little LaMarsh Creek Farms
> raised free-range, antibiotic free heritage breed turkeys this
> year. Some of you pre-ordered them and they will be delivered to
> Vintages' new location on Tuesday, October 27 about midday. Please
> plan on stopping in to pick up your fresh turkey anytime after 3:00
> pm on Tuesday. Keith, the farmer, lowered his price to $3.50 per lb
> and that will be reflected even for those who pre-ordered and made
> a deposit. Vintages has a cooler and can hold them overnight on
> Tuesday, but they absolutely must be picked up no later than
> Wednesday, the 28th by 5 pm.
>
> For those of you who are now starting to think about your
> Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners and who might want a fresh
> turkey, they are still available. Please let me know if you would
> like to order one and Keith will be happy to sell you one at $3.50
> per lb. We will need to receive those orders right away as all
> turkeys will be delivered on Tuesday. Turkeys should weigh about
> 8-16 lbs upon delivery.
>
> Also, for anyone who pre-ordered a goat, they should be processed
> and delivered about the 2nd week of November. More info to follow.
