Hello, 

I'm writing to inform you of the opportunity to influence the
development of the upcoming Upper Mississippi River Curriculum Guide.
The Curriculum Guide, which is being developed by the US Army Corps of
Engineers, is designed to be a teaching tool that will help educators
and their students better relate to the Upper Mississippi River. 

We are seeking input from teachers, people who work with the river, as
well as concerned citizens as to how the Curriculum Guide can be made as
useful as possible and also cover the most pertinent topics. Space is
limited so if you are interested in attending please respond in a timely
manner.

Please see the attached invitation for workshop dates, times &
locations. There is no cost to attend, and lunch will be provided. If
you are unable to attend a workshop but would still like to participate,
please indicate that on the reservation form and a questionnaire will be
sent to you.

If you have any questions, please contact me. Feel free to share this
information with any colleagues who might also be interested.
