 With the up coming 4th of July weekend, we want to make your backyard grilling get off to a great start. We will deliver on Wednesday afternoon, or we can set up a time for you to come to the farm to pick it up if you would like to get it before Saturday the 4th at farmers market.

We have hamburger patties in a box of 24 each patties is 1/4 lb or if that is too many you can get 4 -1/3 lb patties.
short Ribs
Brisket
T-bone steak
Sirlion steak
All beef franks 4- 1/4lb
All beef fresh brats (not cured), 4- 1/4lb
Smoked BBQ beef all ready heat and eat, we now have in 1lb, 5lb, and 10 lb. Each lb should make 4 to 5 sandwiches, if that helps you know how much you would need to get. This is great to stick in the crock pot on low.
