[FIG-ALL] please vote for March meeting time

Hello all,

Please vote for one of the three meeting times for the FIG quarterly meeting in March. We will hold elections and approve our by-laws at this meeting. You must be present at the meeting to vote or you may call in your vote to someone at the meeting. You don't need to be present to be elected.

The following positions will be filled: Chair, vice-chair, secretary, treasurer, 3 representatives (these people come to the monthly board and quarterly meetings). If you're interested in running for a position, you may self-nominate via email, nominate someone else (please notify them that you are nominating them), or nominate yourself or someone else at the meeting.


1. Saturday, March 7 at 10 a.m. with potluck breakfast at Project Insight 

2. Saturday, March 7  at 6 p.m. with potluck dinner at Project Insight

3. Thursday, March 5th 7 p.m. at Project Insight – no potluck

The gym at Project Insight will be open with adult supervision for children to play.
