[FIG-ALL] December FIG Board Meeting Minutes

Hi all,

Attached are the minutes from the December Food Initiatives Group Board Meeting.  Officials from the Health Department were present to answer questions.  

Remember there is a Food Rules session on Feb. 3rd in Quincy 6:30-8:30. If you'd like to carpool, let me know. A few folks have already emailed.  You can register for the event here:

Participating speakers will include the Illinois Dept. of Public Health and Illinois Dept. of Agriculture.  They will have answers to more of the questions we asked our local Health Dept. officials (see minutes).
